JustClick delivers to customers all over Pakistan. This policy explains how shipping works when you order from us.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged according to the total weight of your order. The charge is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.

If you add more items to your cart, the total weight increases and the shipping charge is updated to match.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in areas served by our courier partners, where the option is shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and dispatch

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and complete.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your city and the courier service. We will share tracking or dispatch details where available once your order has been shipped.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect address or unavailable customer

If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra delivery charges may apply.
