• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it.
• We may contact you to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is due in full when the parcel is delivered.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account and information

You are responsible for giving correct and complete details when you order or create an account, and for keeping your account login private. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
